Pembroke Pines is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pembroke Pines follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor customer service at this bakery. When I arrived, the bakery attendant looked at me from the kitchen and simply held her hand out signaling for me to wait, without greeting me or acknowledging me professionally. I patiently waited at the register for about 15 minutes while several employees, around four people, were in the kitchen area. During that time, no one communicated with me, apologized for the wait, or informed me they were short staffed. When I tried several times to politely get the attendantβs attention by saying βSeΓ±ora,β I was completely ignored. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, she finally came to the register and rudely stated that she was busy and that I could speak to the manager if I had a problem. The manager explained that they were understaffed and said I should let corporate know. However, as a customer, I had no issue waiting patiently β the issue was the lack of basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism. If a business is short staffed, customers should at least be greeted and informed, especially when employees are visibly present in the kitchen. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unpr

For some reason, every time I am in this area and stop at CAO for my coffee and treats, I always have a bad experience with the food. I have a CAO in Ft. Lauderdale which I frequent often and I love that place. But this one on University sucks. The food is ALWAYS horrible and I just throw away money. The hot food is horrible- the ham croquetas taste disgusting and have the most horrible after taste so I always send them back. Today, the toast was bad- bread tasted old/stale and hard. The Colombian empanada was so cold and the beef itself tasted bad too. Even the cheese tequeΓ±o tasted stale and again, soooo cold. I basically spent $23 on a cafΓ© con leche because that's the ONLY thing that was decent and this is not ok. I really tried eating this because I was hungry but I finally just stopped and threw it ALL away. I will never come here again as this was my 3rd attempt at this location. The CAO on Ft. Lauderdale is AMAZING and I will only go there looking forward. This location is disappointing.

The place looks very clean and organized. Prices are a bit high, but worth it if food and service are good. However, I was given the wrong item, and the staff member put it back in the display case after I returned it β without knowing if I had touched or tasted it! Thatβs a serious hygiene concern. Not sure if Iβll return after

Cute little spot. We tried baked goods, their chocolate croissants are awesome. I didnβt care for their cakes, as to me they were somewhat average. Coffee is exceptional. Service is amazing, wonderful!
